Dean Ornish on the attack again with his biased Huffpost article.
Serum IGF-1 is basically promoted by high insulin levels caused by blood sugar increases. Ornish neglects to say this, only saying animal products increases IGF-1 when sugar, grains, corn and high glycemic vegetables like beets, carrots and potatoes are the worst offenders and his go to product, soy is one of the worst foods on earth and actually promotes cancer, but Ornish with his emotional attachment to his fantasy world of bad animals and good plants misleads the public again.
