It was a pleasure listening to Diane, Caitlin and Nabil tell their personal stories and involvement with healthy paleo eating and the writing and promotion of the new book. I got a signed copy and had my picture taken with them. I also found out that Diane is engaged to a chiropractor and her mother is from Merrick, Long Island, New York, only a few miles from where I grew up.
