BUTTER HOLDS NEW PROMISE OF HEALTH AS OF OLD, NOT MARGARINE
Margarine is made from hydrogenated vegetable oils. This product is not found in nature and is no better than a trans fat, which has a physical shape not able to be utilized by the body as a nutrient. The opposite is the case. The unnaturally shaped fat is taken and in an attempt to use it in normal body function, actually results in inflammation, which causes sticky blood cells and arteries resulting in higher risk of heart attacks and strokes.
