Weight Problems

There weren’t many weight problems 2 million years ago or 50,000 years ago for that matter. Humans ate what they could find to sustain their lives. The conditions that made life possible are the conditions that sustain life. The essential nutrients, water and air that allowed life to appear are just what is necessary to keep it going and to maintain wellness. I define wellness as human life/physiology/function as running as efficiently as it is able. What humans ate to sustain their lives is what they were able to extract the necessary nutrients from. Over time, successive generations become more efficient at extracting necessary nutrients and become, in effect, programmed at extracting necessary nutrients from their habitual food. If environmental conditions change, which includes food sources, humans must be able to extract nutrients or suffer the consequences, which could range from illness to death.

We could argue about what our human ancestors ate, but there can be little argument as to what they didn’t eat. Foods commonly eaten today that were not part of our ancestors diet were grains, dairy products, plant oils and sugar based products, grain fed animal products or animals fed antibiotics or growth promotents, processed or bioengineered food, preserved food, pasteurized food or food cooked in oils or microwaved. Much of the food was eaten raw.
Our ancestors also were not subjected to pesticides, herbicides and food grown on depleted soil or the thousands of other chemicals in our environment that find their way into our food sources.

If you look at this list, you will probably discover that most if not all of your food is derived from this list.

The body’s response to the typical western diet is hormonal imbalance from too much sugar, hormones and toxins in the food and deficiencies which lead to weak physiological function leading to chronic unwellness  including stubborn weight problems.

People with Stubborn Weight Problems usually need to get healthy first by adopting a more natural diet and getting rid of toxins. Even mold toxins can interfere with the hormones having to do with weight issues. If you have tried everything, but nothing works, consider getting detoxed by someone who knows what they are doing.

Minimum Recommendations

Eat three meals per day including breakfast. Must include some protein and good fats at each meal.

Do not snack between meals and eat nothing for 4 hours before going to bed.

Walk at least 2 and ½ hours per week.

Do not eat grains or drink sweetened drinks or diet drinks. Drink spring water with a little lemon or lime drops with Stevia extract for sweetener.
